Joe Fuller

Advanced TCOLE Lead Instructor

Joe Fuller began his law enforcement career in 2004 and as a former Chief of Police, he holds a Master Peace Officers license through TCOLE. Joe holds certifications in Advanced TCOLE Instructor, Advanced S.W.A.T, Close Quarter Combat SWAT instructor, certified firearms instructor TCOLE #2222 for the police department, State of Texas certified Licenses to Carry instructor, certified Glock armorer, certified AR/15-M/16 armorer as well as a S.W.A.T Tactical Medical Instructor. As a former Chief of Police, Joe successfully completed the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT). He is also a certified IPMBA (international Police Mountain bike Association) instructor PCI: #1940. Joe also has been awarded four Life Saving Awards and hostage rescue among many others.

Joe currently serves as the police department's firearms instructor as well as the departments’ armorer for Glock and AR/15 – M/16 rifle and as a department SWAT Tactical Medical Instructor. Joe is also the police departments lead instructor for IPMBA PCI: #1940

Joe has trained with many agencies and organizations across the country in tactical and classroom settings. He has many hours of training with local S.W.A.T teams including Dallas S.W.A.T and Garland S.W.A.T in the methods of threat clearing and searching, utilizing one to multiple officer response and Joe holds an advanced SWAT certification as well as an advanced Texas Commision of Law Enforcement Instructor and an advanced close quarter combat instructor. He has attended Tactical Medical Instructor training through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in New Mexico (F.L.E.T.C.), Glock Armorer, AR-15/M-16 armorer, Firearms instructor with CCLEA, multiple active shooter schools from all over Texas, as well as training with the First Force Recon at the Naval Air Station Ft. Worth Joint Reserve Base in fast rope insertion training from a Blackhawk helicopter.  Joe successfully operates and owns Warrior Mindset LTC, LLC which offers not only the Licenses to Carry class but also training courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced shooters.
